Kalank : Karan Johar Introduces Sanajay Dutt As Most Powerful Voice Of The Table, The Formidable Balraj Chaudhry
Mumbai: A Most awaited film of the year Kalank starring Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, Sanjay Dutt, Madhuri Dixit, Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur in pivotal roles is all set to release on 19 April 2019.
The film is directed by Abhishek Verma produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Production and Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment.
Karan introduced Sanjay Dutt as The most powerful voice of the table, the formidable Balraj Chaudhry.

This film was conceived by Johar and his father Yash Johar fifteen years ago. Actress Sridevi was initially signed for the character role played by Madhuri Dixit. Production designer Amruta Mahal was brought to work on the design and structure of the set, which represented the old Delhi clan in Film City, Mumbai. The cost estimate of the set was reportedly ₹15 crore.
