‘Keep Misunderstanding Aside’ State Education Minister Appeal To Junior Doctors

Mumbai: In a wake of doctors strike major cities of the country TMC leader and West Bengal Education minister Partha Chatterjee appealed to striking junior doctors to “keep aside” misunderstandings and withdraw their agitation, which entered its fourth day on Friday.

TMC general secretary, Chatterjee said in a Facebook post that all his complaints can be resolved through discussions with the government.

“I would like to appeal to my young friends to keep away from the misunderstanding and go back to work, we should not believe in the public, I am also involved in student politics and now even after being appointed in one position, everyone believes That we should work towards serving the public.

“Just like you need security, patients also need treatment. I would appeal to all of you to think over it,” he said.

The strike of junior doctors continued on Friday, obstructing regular services in all government medical colleges and hospitals, and many private hospitals.

Despite the warning of chief minister Mamata Banerjee, if the work was not resumed, junior doctors did the agitation.
