Kejriwal Buying Votes By Taking Money From Khalistanis: BJP’s Adesh Gupta

Mumbai: Delhi BJP chief Adesh Gupta on Sunday alleged that Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal was “buying votes by taking money from Khalistanis.” The remarks come in the wake of similar statements made by former Aam Aadmi Party leader Kumar Vishwas and Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi over the past few days.

Gupta said, “The hard truth is that he (Kejriwal) is buying votes by taking money from Khalistanis and agrees with what they say. He now calls himself the sweetest terrorist and it’s right because he included in AAP those involved in Delhi riots,” Gupta contended.

The comments point to Kejriwal’s recent argument that he was “laughable” and should be the “world’s most beloved terrorist” who builds schools and hospitals.

Addressing a protest event in the national capital, he also claimed that Kejriwal’s “low and anti-national mentality” had come to the fore when he “opposed” the Republic Day parade.

“Moreover, he was the first one to support the issue of referendum 2020 by Khalistani supporters in Punjab,” he added.

While the AAP chief has ridiculed the BJP, both the Congress and the BJP have launched a scathing attack on poet-turned-politician Kumar Vishwas’s allegations that the chief minister is supporting separatists in Punjab.

Kejriwal, he had claimed, wanted to become either the Chief Minister of Punjab or the “first Prime Minister of an independent nation of Khalistan”.

“Arvind Kejriwal has taken support from Khalistani outfits…from those who want to divide the nation. This support is very dangerous. Kejriwal wants to rule, even if it means breaking the nation,” asserted Chief Minister Channi during an interaction with Times Now today.
