Ms Dhoni Spotted On Delhi Airport, All set To Join Indian Army

Mumbai: This afternoon MS Dhoni was spotted at Delhi airport, as he all set to join the army. As per the reports, Dhoni is to join the army by the end of this month.

Dhoni holds an honorary post of lieutenant Colonel in the parachute regiment of territorial army, he has made this commitment even before BCCI World cup.

Speculations are made that Dhoni would soon retire from limited over international cricket, but the cricketer has declined all of them, he has no plans to retire yet. His long-time friend and business partner, Arun Pandey said that the constant speculations over the future of a great cricketer like him are unfortunate.

“This move from dhoni will motivate thousands of youngsters to join the Indian army.” He also said that Dhoni’s decision to join the army is a fantastic movie. Gautam Gambhir himself had told him so many times to join the Indian Army if hr wishes to wear the uniform.

MS Dhoni had a disappointing score in Cricket World Cup 2019, he scored 273 runs in 9 matches at an average of 45.50 including two fifties, but his strike rate became the gossip point. He has played 350 ODIs, 90 Tests and 98 T20 internationals so far, with his total ODI runs 10,773 at an average of around 50. In test matches, he gained a total of 4876 runs at 38.09.
