Mumbai: Amid an ongoing political crisis in Maharashtra,  NCP and it’s allied Congress will be meeting to discuss government formation.

Well BJP was the one who was only single largest party won 2019 Assembly Election with 105 seats but it’s all the Shiv Sena broke away from the coalition over disagreements on ‘power-sharing’ grounds, due to which the BJP couldn’t form govt.

Meanwhile, Shiv Sena was the only one party which was looking forward to 50:50 sharing the Chief Minister’s post, Sena cried foul and claimed that the people of Maharashtra voted for the ‘mahayuti’ but the saffron party fell back on its promises as soon as the election results were announced.

Last night, Governor of Maharashtra rejected Shiv Sena’s plea to provide 48 hours extra as Shiv Sena couldn’t submit the letter from opposition of their support to full fill the magical number of 145 seats.

And the tradition continues as governor invited the third-largest party to form government in Maharashtra which Nationalist Congress Party this comes after both BJP and Shiv Sena failed to form govt.

As a result, NCP leaders will meet Congress party leaders on Tuesday to discuss the possibility of forming a non-BJP government with support from the Shiv Sena.
