Saidabad Rape Case: Accused Will Be Killed In Encounter, Says Telangana Minister

The accuse of this alleged crime is currently absconding

Mumbai: Telangana Labour Minister Chamakura Malla Reddy has said the accused in the rape and murder of a six-year-old girl in Hyderabad will be killed in an encounter.

“We will definitely arrest him and will do the encounter,” Reddy told reporters. Earlier, state’s Congress chief Revanth Reddy also had asked for similar punishment for the accuse.

The accuse is on a run and yet not arrested by the police. Hyderabad police is now seeking help from the public and announced a 10 lakhs reward for information on accuse. The police have released a photo and detailed feature of the accuse.

The information can be given to the deputy commissioner of police east zone and DCP task force by calling on 9490616366 and 9490616627.

A missing report was filed on Thursday by the family of the girl. They started the search operation and found her at the accused’s residence on Friday morning.

The incident took place on Thursday, September 9, in Hyderabad’s Saidabad. According to the police, the 30-year-old man identified as Raju, who was also the family’s neighbour, had befriended the child before allegedly committing the offence in his house. The girl was found dead in his house hours after she went missing.
