Mumbai: PM Modi praises Maha Kumbh as it sets a new world record.

The Maha Kumbh is celebrated once after every 12 years. People take a dip into the holy Sangam which is the confluence of The holy Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati rivers.
It is believed a bath in Sangam will take off all of one’s sins. The Kumbh started on 14th January with Makar Sankranti and got ended with Mahashivratri which is the great night of Shiva brings the beginning of Spring. People celebrate the overcoming of darkness and ignorance.
