This Year UP Will Celebrate Holi From March 10: PM Modi In Kanpur

Mumbai: Exuding confidence in winning Uttar Pradesh elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday said that people in the state will start celebrating Holi from March 10.

Taking a jibe at the previous governments, PM Modi said that they looted Uttar Pradesh day and night and handed over the people to criminals, rioters and goons. Also Read: ‘Parivaarvadi’ Wants To Give Power To Mafia, Says PM Modi In Swipe Against Samajwadi Party

“This time Holi, the festival of colours in Uttar Pradesh, will be celebrated 10 days in advance. When the election results will come on March 10, Holi celebrations will begin,” he added.

Taking a jibe at the Samajwadi Party, the Prime Minister wondered whether those who leave coalition partners in elections can do good to the people.

“These people bring a new partner in elections every time… they break ties with them after the elections. When they keep changing their allies, how will they serve the people of Uttar Pradesh?

The Prime Minister also accused the Akhilesh Yadav-led party of distributing areas in UP among family members for ‘loot’.
