Two More Positive COVID-19 Cases Reported From Karnataka, Tally Now 10
India has so far reported 3 coronavirus deaths
Mumbai: Karnataka Health Minister B Sriramulu said on Tuesday that two more people had taken positive COVID-19 positive cases for novel coronavirus in Karnataka.
Two recent cases involve a 20-year-old woman with a history of travel to the United Kingdom and a man who came into contact with a 76-year-old man from Kalburgi who died of an infection last week.
“We have got 2 more COVID2019 cases in Karnataka taking the total number of confirmed cases to 10. 20 yr old female who travelled from the UK is tested positive and another contact of P6 (Kalburgi deceased patient) is tested positive. Both are admitted in the designated isolation hospital,” Sriramulu tweeted.

Meanwhile, quarantine facilities have been set up at many places including Jaisalmer, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Gorakhpur with the help of Navy and Air Force.

The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on Tuesday said that the total number of confirmed coronavirus cases in India has risen to 125. Out of the 125, 103 are Indian nationals, while the remaining 22 are foreigners. The total number of people who have been cured or discharged stands at 13. India has so far reported 3 coronavirus deaths.
