‘Very Poor’ Delhi Air Quality Likely To Fall In ‘Severe’ Category Tomorrow

Mumbai: Trouble for Delhiites and it’s adjoining areas like Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad as air quality once again moved to ‘very poor’ category and it is expected to fall in ‘severe’ category soon, System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting And Research (SAFAR) said.

Today, the overall air quality index of the national capital is 312 with PM10 at 142 and PM 2.5 at 72.

The organization said, “The overall Delhi AQI is in a very poor category and is slowly declining and may move towards the high end of a very poor scale by tomorrow and touch ‘severe’ in some parts of Delhi.” It is recommended.

However, transport-level winds can be highly variable in direction and fluctuate between Easter to Northeast and may not have a significant effect in Delhi tomorrow. The rise of poisonous air in and around Delhi is causing problems for the residents, causing them to fall into lung diseases and heart diseases.

Each year during the winter season, most of northern India suffers from a spike in air poisoning due to changes in water weather patterns and crop residues in the neighboring states of Haryana, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh.

Not only this, but the drop in temperature with low wind speed also causes air pollutants to get closer to the ground.
