Mumbai: On Saturday, Sapna Chaudhary, a Haryanvi Dancer and Singer joined Indian National Congress for which she will be competing for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
According to the earlier reports, she will be competing against Hema Malini who is the current member of parliament from Mathura.

Sapna Chaudhary was appointed into INC at the residential address of Chief Raj Babbar’s house who is the current member UP Congress Committee and is also about to compete for Due LS poll.
Sapna got her fame through her moves of dance and her voice. She uploads videos of her dance and singing on YouTube. She got even more accepted by people after participating in the famous reality show on Colours TV channel called Bigg Boss of its 11 seasons.
It is to be noted that this is not the first time where TV actors are been taken into Congress.
Earlier on February 5, Shilpa Shinde who is a famous TV actress from ‘Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain’ had joined Congress. Her appointment was done in the presence of Sanjay Nirupam who is the chief of Maharashtra Congress.
Arshi Khan who is also one of the famous contestants in Big Boss had joined Congress a month back in Mumbai.
The 2019 Lok Sabha Election is due for less than a month and will start on 11th April. It will be conducted as per 7 phases and will end on May 19.
Results of LS Polls will be declared on May 23.
