West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee Agrees To Live Coverage Of Meeting With Protesting Docs

Mumbai: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Monday approved the live coverage of the proposed meeting with agitating junior doctors.

A state government official said, “The Chief Minister has agreed on the demand for live coverage of the meeting.”

Earlier on Sunday, doctors, who had gone on strike last week, had demanded media coverage of their meeting with the Chief Minister, which the state government had turned down.
