22-Yr-Old Man Held For Allegedly Sexually Assaulting A Cow In Pune

Mumbai: A 22-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a cow in Pune’s Lonavala. The accused was reportedly found in an objectionable position with the cow by one of his neighbours, following which the animal’s owner filed a complaint.

The accused has been identified as Deepak Shivaji Rajiwade (22). The owner of the cow has registered a complaint, following which Rajiwade was arrested.

He has been booked under Indian Penal Code section 377 (having a physical relationship with any man, woman or animal against the order of nature).

The police are now waiting for the medical report of the cow.

In a similar incident, in April, Lucknow Police arrested a man for having unnatural sex with a cow in the UP capital.

The incident came to light when one of the neighbours saw a man named Majeed in a compromising position with a cow.

Complainant Jitendra Yadav alleged that in the CCTV footage, a man was also seen having sex with his cow.

Lucknow’s Sarojini Nagar SHO Santosh Kumar Arya said the accused’s neighbour was reviewing his CCTV footage when he saw it and informed the owner about the incident.

Angered by the incident, local people started searching for the accused and caught him from Daroga Khera of Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow.
