Mumbai: Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb said on Tuesday that out of 1,378 samples tested for COVID-19, 24 people tested positive in the state.
As per the latest data available on the website of the Ministry of Health, there are 460 active coronavirus cases in the state with 1219 cured/migrated/discharged and 1 death.
According to the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, with a spike in 22,252 cases, India’s COVID-19 count reached the seven lakh mark and reached 7,19,665 on Tuesday.
The number of deaths has reached 20,160, with 467 deaths in the last 24 hours due to coronavirus.
Of the total cases, 2,59,55 are active and 4,39,49 have been cured/discharged.
