Appearing before the NCB every week was one of the bail conditions set by the Bombay High Court, which granted bail to the Bollywood superstar’s son and others.

Aryan Khan was released from Arthur Road Jail on 30 October after spending three weeks in Mumbai Jail. During the raid on the cruise ship, the NCB reportedly did not find any drugs on Aryan Khan but claimed that his chats indicated his involvement in the “illicit drug trade” and even an international drug connection.

On October 2, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) detained Aryan Khan in a drug bust case on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast. He was shown arrested by the NCB on 3 October.

The Bombay High Court had put 14 conditions for Aryan Khan’s bail. Among these, Aryan should not communicate with co-accused Arbaaz Merchant, should not talk to the media and should not leave Mumbai without informing the police.
