Cristiano Ronaldo Becomes World’s 1st Person To Reach 300 Million Followers On Instagram
Juventus marksman also became the oldest player to score for Portugal at a major tournament (World Cup & Euros), aged 36 years and 130 days
Mumbai: Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo on Friday became the first person in the world to reach 300 million followers on Instagram.
He was also the first person to reach the 200 million mark on the platform. Ronaldo reached 200 million followers on Instagram in January last year, following which he had shared a video to thank fans.

Earlier this week, Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo made European Championship history as he became the all-time top scorer in the summer tournament after scoring his record 10th and 11th final goals in the opening Euro 2020 match against Hungary.
Ronaldo, who was playing his record fifth European Championships on Tuesday, surpassed the nine goals set by France’s Michel Platini on the Euro’s all-time leading scorer list.
