India Successfully Test-Fires Agni-IV Ballistic Missile
Mumbai : In a recent development, India successfully tested the nuclear strategic missile fire-IV on the coast of Odisha.
The successful test fire took place at ABJ Abdul Kalam Island off Odisha coast, at 8.30 morning on Sunday.
The 20-meter long missile is equipped with state-of-the-art avionics, 5th generation onboard computer and distributed architecture, which weighs about 17 tons.
This missile carry both nuclear and traditional weapons. This was the 7th test of the Agni-IV missile. The final test conducted by the Indian Army’s Strategic Force Command (SFC) from the same base on January 2, 2018 was successful.
