ISRO Successfully Launches EMISAT Satellite

Mumbai: In a recent development, ISRO successfully launched EMISAT electronic intelligence satellite with 28 Nanosatellites of Sriharikota’s global customers.

The launch comes six days after India tested an anti-satellite (ASAT) missile in the mission power operation.

EMISAT can detect enemy radar, a number of active communication devices and map topography. This is for the first time that ISRO has launched satellites in three different classes.

The goal of EMISAT is to measure the electromagnetic spectrum, which is approximately 17 minutes from the lift in the 749 km orbit, they will resume the fourth phase.
