Denying over the rumours that “Shramik Special” trains have lost directions and taking 7-9 days of time, Goyal said that, “Reports that trains are taking 7 days, 9 days are baseless, false & are completely motivated to damage the huge effort that my Railway employees, working day & night without sleep, are making to transport the migrants.”

Over 44 Lakh Migrant workers have been sent to their native states by special ‘Shramik Trains’, said Railways today.
