Madhya Pradesh Polls BJP Second List Of Candidates Released
Mumbai : As Assembly Polls are on the way the rulling party BJP recently announced there second list of 17 candidates for the November 28 assembly polls in Madhya Pradesh. Lok Sabha member Anoop Mishra who is nephew of former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee has made his entry in the list and two women nominees.
Till now BJP has announced 194 candidates in the state, with the total of 230 assembly seats. On Friday the first list was released by the party. Union Minister J P Nadda released second list in New Delhi, Nadda is also secretary of the BJP’s Central Election Committee.
Mishra will contest from Bhitarwar in Gwalior district. He had unsuccessfully fought the 2013 assembly polls from the same constituency. In 2014, he won from the Morena Lok Sabha seat.
BJP also nominated Nirmala Bhuriya daughter of former MP and tribal leader Dilip Singh Bhuriya, from Petlawad (ST) in Jhabua district. The list also include Leena Jain as second women from Basoda in Vidisha district.
The list also contains the names of some sitting MLAs, including Sharad Jain (Jabalpur North), who is also a minister.
