PM Narendra Modi Filed His Nomination Papers Seeking Second Term In Office
Mumbai: PM Narendra Modi filed his nomination papers to fight Lok Sabha polls from Varanasi parliamentary.
Varanasi will vote in the last phase of the seven-phase Lok Sabha election on May 19.
While filing the nomination papers PM Modi was accompanied by all BJP leaders, chief Amit Shah, Union Minister Rajnath Singh, Shiv Sena chief Uddav Thackeray and many NEDA leaders.

Modi led the BJP in the 2014 general election and won by 282 Lok Sabha’s 543 constituencies. BJP won an absolute majority in 2014, reducing the-then ruling Congress to a miserly 44 seats.
Before filing his nomination paper he performed Aarti at the Ghat of Ganga the holy river.
