PM Narendra Modi Greets Indian Army And Indo-Tibetan Border Police

Mumbai : On the beautiful occasion of Diwali Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Kedarnath to offering the prayers on Wednesday, PM also celebrated the Diwali with Jawans of Indian Army and Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) personnel at Harsil village in Uttrakhand.

Meanwhile greeting towards Jawan PM Modi said there duty in the remote icy heights increases the strength of the nation and its very securing  the future and the dreams of 125 crore Indians.

“Diwali is festival of lights and spreads the light of goodness and dispels fear” the Jawan through their commitment and discipline, are helping tp spread a sense of security and fearless among the people” PM added.

Prime Minsiter also noted that he is visiting soldiers since he was the Chief Minister of Gujarat. He also spoke abouth the interaction with Jawans of ITBP years ago he had when he was a part of Kailash Mansarovar Yatra.

Further he said that India is taking great strides forward in the defence sector, various measures being taken for the welfare of ex-serviceman, including One Rank, One Pension.

With this beautiful occasion Narendra Modi  offered sweets to the Jawans and interacted with them as well as near by people who gathered to greet him on Diwali.
