Mumbai : In another development the most awaited day is here, were Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated Sadar Vallabhbhai Patel’s “Statue Of Unity” on the occasion his 143rd birth anniversary on Wednesday.
Acccording to the reports the 182 meter tall statue is one of the most tallest statue in the world. The statue is located at Sadhu Bet Island in Gujarat, which occupies over 20,000 square meters and also surrounded by a 12 square km artificial lake.
Since 2014 the birth day of Sadar Valabhbhai Patel is also known has Rashtriya Ekta Diwas or National Unity Day.

“The whole country is waiting for the inauguration of the statue. Tourist will feel good here in the natural environment. Tourism will increase here on large scale which is good for the country” ANI quoted Gujarat Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel saying.
Overall the project has been costed nearly 2,989 crore. The event saw the honourable PM Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani, Madhya Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel, and BJP President Amit Shah and many more.
