The Supreme Court recently set up a national task force of top medical experts to devise a methodology for the allocation of oxygen to states and union territories amid numerous reports of life-saving gas shortages in many hospitals.

The 12-member task force is also tasked with facilitating a public health response to the coronovirus epidemic.

Patole also hit out at the centre for prioritizing the “Rs 20,000-crore Central Vista project” over the vaccination campaign against coronavirus.

“BJP’s puppet chief JP Nadda spoke against Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi. I would like to ask, when will they only target the Gandhi family and do politics? They are undertaking over Rs 20,000 crore Central Vista project but not giving necessary funds for vaccination,” he added.
