Sixth Lowest Score In IPL History, RCB Sets A Target Of 71 For CSK

Mumbai: Being led to bat first by the CSK franchise captain MS Dhoni after winning the toss at Chepauk, broke the back of RCB’s batting line up destructively by successfully sending all the ten batsmen to the pavilion at just one of the lowest scores in IPL i.e. 70 in just 17.1 overs.

The lowest score in IPL (49) was scored by RCB in 2017 against Kolkata Knight Riders. RCB has named itself three times in the top 10 lowest scores in IPL history. At the seventh position, RCB holds its name by scoring the same runs (70) by Run rate of 4.66 against Rajasthan Royals in the IPL 2014.
