Mumbai: Police said on Wednesday that a police constable in the Sangareddy district of Telangana killed his female colleague and threw his dead body.
Light of the Mandarika was thrown by light near Venkatapuram village late on Monday night. He later put petrol on the body and set fire on it.
The woman Constable’s father Sadanandam reached the police on Tuesday because she did not return home after duty. After the case was registered during the interrogation, Prakash admitted to killing Mandirika.
Earlier, married Prakash had fallen in love with Mandarkia while serving in the Sangareddy police station a few months ago. This case was still in progress even after moving to two different police stations.
Mandira was pressuring her to marry him on light and she had a fight over this issue. Then he planned to finish it. He took her out in a car on Monday night and strangulated her.
