Mumbai: During a rally in Valsad district of Gujarat, a Congress female supporter on Thursday kissed party president Rahul Gandhi.

As per media reports, similar incident took place 2014 when Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi was on a tour of Assam. While talking to the people, some women joined hands with Rahul Gandhi, while the other kissed her cheek in a public meeting in Jorhat, Assam.
