Will Identify Illegal Immigrants And Intruders And Deport Them: Amit Shah

Mumbai: Home Minister Amit Shah said on Wednesday that the government will identify illegal immigrants and intruders who live in every inch of the country and will be exiled to them.

Speaking during the Question Hour in the Rajya Sabha, Shah, said, “We will identify all illegal immigrants and intruders living in every inch of this country and they will be displaced as per international law. will do.”

The central government, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has often maintained its attitude towards immigrants.

Earlier this month, TMC MP Mahua Moitra said that people living in the country for the last 50 years are being expelled from their homes and they are being called illegal migrants. “Those who are living in this country for 50 years, to prove to them that they are Indians,” was said earlier in the parliament at the beginning of this month.

This comes a day after the Home Ministry (MHA) that the Center has adopted a multi-dimensional approach to ensure effective monitoring and dominance over international borders to investigate the intrusion of illegal migrants.

MHA said in a written reply to BJP MP Parvesh Sahib Singh in Lok Sabha, “Physical infrastructure such as border fencing, floodlighting, border road construction and establishment of border outpost have been constructed.”

The Ministry said, “Deploying additional limit, special surveillance equipment and other multipliers, weak border posts are regularly reviewed and strengthened. In some frontier areas, as a comprehensive integrated border management system (CIBMS) A technical solution has been implemented, “the ministry said.

The Ministry also underlined that the Central Government has issued advice on the administration of the State Governments and Union Territories to identify and monitor the illegal migrants.

It further said that in order to deal with illegal immigrants, “the powers of the Central Government under Section 3 of the Foreign Act, 1946, to detect illegal foreign nationals and ban them, passport (entry into India) Under powers. ” In order to remove an illegal foreigner 1920, all the state governments have been assigned under Article 258 (1) of the Constitution of India.”
