11 CRPF And State Police Personnel Injured In IED Blast

Mumbai: Officials said that eleven CRPF and the state police were injured in an IED blast by Maoists in Serekela Kharsawan district of Jharkhand on Tuesday.

The explosion took place at around 5 am in the morning when a joint team of the CRPF Special Jungle War Unit, Cobra and the State Police was conducting an operation in the forests of Kuchai area of ​​the district, he said

He said that eight of the injured soldiers belong to the cobra and the state police, who have been airlifted to the state capital Ranchi.
