17 More Test Positive For Coronavirus, Total Rises To 44 In Indore

Mumbai: The total number of coronavirus-positive cases in Indore rose to 44, while 17 more people underwent virus-positive tests on Tuesday.

Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO) of Indore Dr Praveen Jadia said, “After testing 17 people in Indore, the total number of coronavirus positive cases has increased to 44 today. Their samples were sent to Bhopal for testing two days ago.”

The movement of migrant labourers has been completely halted in Madhya Pradesh as the borders of the state adjoining Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh have been sealed in view of the coronavirus threat.

Morena collector Priyanka Das told ANI that as per the orders of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the movement of migrant labourers has been stopped, whether they belong to Morena district or not.
