3,846 COVID-19 Cases Recorded In Delhi In 24 Hours, Lowest 1-Day Jump Since April 5

Mumbai: The national capital is witnessing a decline in COVID-19 cases with 3,846 fresh cases in the last 24 hours, informed the Delhi government. During the same period, the city had 9,427 people recovering from infections and 235 related deaths were recorded.

According to the state health bulletin, 66,573 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours, of which 46,785 were RTPCR / CBNAAT / TrueNat tests and 19,788 were rapid antigen tests.

Delhi has an active caseload of 45,047, taking cumulative positive cases to 14,06,719 in the national capital. So far, a total of 13,39,326 people have been cured of this virus, while 22,346 people have died.

The cumulative positivity rate for Delhi is 7.61 per cent while the case fatality rate is 1.59 per cent.

Meanwhile, 1,05,540 people were vaccinated in the last 24 hours in the national capital. Of these, 88,494 were beneficiaries of the first dose and 17,046 were the beneficiaries of the second dose.
