50 Can Offer Prayers At Delhi’s Nizamuddin Markaz 5 Times A Day During Ramzan: HC

Mumbai: Delhi High Court on Thursday allowed 50 people to offer prayers at Nizamuddin Markaz in Delhi five times a day during Ramzan, subject to guidelines issued by authorities concerned.

Noting that the overall COVID-19 situation in the country is grave, the bench said that the Delhi Disaster Management Authority has banned all religious ceremonies and gatherings, but it has not ordered the closure of the places of worship, considering the spurt in the number of infections.
