Arun Govil, Known For Playing Lord Ram In ‘Ramayan’ TV Series, Joins BJP

Mumbai: Actor Arun Govil, who is best known for playing the part of Lord Ram in Ramanand Sagar’s television series ‘Ramayan’, joined the BJP on Thursday.

He joined the party at the party’s headquarters in Delhi.

The 63-year-old actor has joined the party in four state assembly elections and in the union territory of Puducherry.

Originally a resident of Meerut in Uttar Pradesh, Govil has worked in films and television shows in Hindi, Odia, Bhojpuri, Telugu and Braj languages.
