Mumbai: As Bangladeshi cricketers are on strike and are not taking part in any cricketing activities until their 11 demands are met, Former BCB chief Saber Chowdhury came in support of the players and made a sensational claim about the state of cricket in the country, saying the board promotes institutionalized match-fixing.

While supporting the players for the ongoing strike he also added that the corruption was deeply rooted in the cricketing board.
