BJP Asks Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy To Resign And Go Home

Mumbai: BJP on Monday, asked Karnataka Chief Minister H. D. Kumaraswamy to resign and go if he believes in the Constitution and the people of the state because the non-confidence motion kept in the assembly was continued on the third day.

The BJP said that Kumaraswamy had passed the no-confidence motion itself, but the process of faith was still prolonged.

In his Facebook page, the BJP said, “If you have faith and respect for all the constitution and the people of the state, then you should resign and go home.”

The BJP launched a hashtag in Kannada, “People of the state will not forgive you.”

During the turmoil caused by the resignation of a class of rebel MPs from the ruling coalition, the Chief Minister shifted the confidence motion on Thursday, which has put the 14-month-old government in danger.

BJP doubts that voting is delayed on the confidence motion so that the ruling coalition can buy time to woo the rebels, many of whom have become in Mumbai.

The Governor Vajubhai Vala wrote two missiles to the Chief Minister on Friday, stating that the time frame was fixed to end the proceeding, in which the fear was expressed that the delay only gives rise to the scope of trading of horses.

He also said that he has “firstly satisfied” that the government has lost its majority.

However, the ruling coalition ignored the governor’s instructions.
