Mumbai: A BEST (Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport) bus caught fire near Maheshwari Udyan in Matunga in Mumbai this afternoon. The bus was ferrying passengers from Mulund to Worli.
All passengers along with the driver and the conductor are safe.
Smoke was coming from the engine of the bus. The driver noticed the smoke and immediately alerted the conductor and passengers. The passengers quickly rushed out of the bus. The fire brigade team is extinguishing the fire.
