Earlier in March, Novak Djokovic and wife Jelena Djokovic announced that they would donate one million euros to help the people of Serbia in the fight against the coronavirus epidemic.

The money will be used to purchase ventilators and medical equipment for hospitals and healthcare institutions.

Meanwhile, professional tennis has been suspended until 13 July due to the epidemic and many scheduled tournaments have either been postponed or canceled. The Wimbledon Open was canceled for the first time after World War II.
