“I’ve been saying conspiracy to defame Maharashtra’s govt & people are being executed via Wankhede. It’s BJP conspiracy.”

Referring to the recent meetings of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath with film personalities over the setting up of a film city in Noida, Nawab said that it is an attempt to take Bollywood down.

“Yogi Maharaj wants a Film City in Noida. It’s their misconception if they think ‘UPwood’ will come up by defaming Bollywood,” Nawab added.

He added that the situation has changed and the people who wanted Aryan Khan in jail is today knocking on the court’s door himself.

“You’ll see that situation has completely changed. The man who was dragging Aryan Khan to the NCB office is now behind bars. The man who was doing everything to ensure that Aryan Khan & others are not given bail was knocking on the court’s door yesterday,” Nawab added.

Kiran Gosavi, an independent witness in the drugs case, was arrested by Pune Police on Wednesday night in connection with a 2018 cheating case. Gosavi’s selfie with Aryan Khan went viral after the NCB raid on the Goa-bound cruise ship on October 3.

Malik further slammed Sammer Wankhede for seeking help from CM Uddhav Thackery for being a Marathi and asked is Nawab Malik was not a Marathi.

“His (Sameer Wankhede) family wrote to CM y’day that they’re Marathis & being a Marathi CM should help them. Nawab Malik’s family to has been in this city for 70 yrs. I was born in 1959 & have been a citizen of this city. Is Nawab Malik not a Marathi?,”  said Maharashtra Min Nawab Malik.
