“Didi Dilli Door Hai,” PM Narendra Modi Attacks West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee
Mumbai: A fresh attack on West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee by PM Narendra Modi was done as he had claimed that 40 MLAs of Trinamool (TMC) were in touch with his party.
“Didi, Dilli door hai (Delhi is far away for you). When the results come on May 23, the lotus will bloom everywhere and your MLA will leave you. Even today, 40 of your MLAs are in touch with me. The political land has slipped from under your feet,” Modi said while addressing a rally here.

PM Modi also accused the TMC of rigging in the ongoing LS elections. PM Modi said, “The hooligans of TMC are doing their utmost to prevent people from voting and attacking BJP workers.” He said, “They (TMC workers) are not allowing BJP leaders to campaign in the state.”
“With only a few seats in hand Didi ‘You can not reach Delhi. Delhi is far away. Going to Delhi is just an excuse. Their real intention is to establish their nephew politically,” he said. Banerjee’s nephew Abhishek is a sitting MP from Diamond Harbour and the TMC candidate for the seat.
