India Launches Attack On Terror Camps In Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir

Mumbai: The Indian Army on Sunday used cannons to attack terrorist camps located in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).

The attack was carried out on Sunday in retaliation for the support provided by the Pakistani military to push the militants into Indian territory by violating the ceasefire. Two soldiers were martyred and one civilian killed in a ceasefire violation by the Pakistan Army.

Earlier, the Rangers violated the ceasefire on Saturday and Sunday night by targeting the residential areas of border village Maniyari in Kathua district.

Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Hiranagar, Suresh Kumar said, “The incident took place in Maniyari village in Hirangar sector on the international border in Kathua district. Pakistani rangers used heavy firing and mortar.”
