India’s New COVID-19 Cases Rise To 43,654 A Day After Reporting Less Than 30,000 Cases

COVID-19 Recovery Rate In Country Crosses 96 PerCent

Mumbai: India’s daily COVID-19 cases rose to 43,654, a day after the country reported less than 30,000 cases.

Meanwhile, the country also reported 640 deaths in the last 24 hours.

“According to the ministry, India’s active caseload is 3,99,436, and the daily positivity rate is 2.51 percent.

In the last 24 hours, 41,678 people have also been cured. With this, the cumulative recovery now stands at 3,06,63,147 with a recovery rate of 97.39 per cent.

Total deaths recorded in India are 4,22,022.

The ministry also informed that 44,61,56,659 COVID vaccine doses have been administered under the Nationwide Vaccination Drive so far, and 46.09 crore COVID tests have also been conducted. “
