PM Modi Thanked Media, And All Personnel Working Hard Amid Coronavirus Situation In The Country: Anurag Thakur

Mumbai: Government is taking all the measures to fight against novel coronavirus outbreak following which Union Minister Anurag Thakur said PM Narendra Modi thanked the media and appreciated the commendable work being done by doctors, paramedical staff and others who are working hard amid the coronavirus outbreak in the country.

His statement comes after BJP’s parliamentary party meet on Tuesday.

“The Prime Minister has thanked the media for their role in spreading awareness and giving accurate reports about coronaviruses in the country. He also said that we should be grateful to those who are fulfilling their duties responsibly, Such as sweepers. Hospital staff and at airports,” ANI quoted Thakur saying.

The Union Minister also said that the Minister of Parliamentary Affairs had confirmed that the budget session will continue till April 3 and there are no changes.

The Union Minister further said that the government has taken adequate steps to take care of the situation of coronavirus in the country.
