Priyanka Gandhi Challenges PM To Speak On ‘Real Issues’

Mumbai: Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra launched an attack on PM Narendra Modi, for not speaking on real issues happening in the country.

She said that the government failed to provide employment, safety to women and economic slowdown.

Challenging PM Modi to speak on such issues she said, “I stand here within you and challenge the Prime Minister to speak on real issues like Santhal Pargana Tenancy Act, poverty, deaths due to hunger, unemployment in the state, women safety, bad economy and corruption. Are you the Prime Minister of togetherness or division?”

Gandhi said, “The Modi government failed to employ the youth, strengthen the economy, provide security to women, control inflation and listen to the voice of students.”

She said, “He blamed Congress for every failure. The economy failed. He blamed Congress. Farmers in crisis, he blames Congress, high inflation, he blames Congress. Where the truth is That is all responsibility of BJP, ”he said.

The Congress leader further called upon the people to use their vote wisely and elect a government that works for their interests, listen to the demands of students, make women safe in the country and work towards waiving farm loans.

The JMM, Congress and RJD are hoping to wrest the state’s wrestling from the alliance led by Raghubar Das. She was addressing a joint rally with Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) working president Hemant Soren.

The fifth and the last phase of Jharkhand Assembly elections will take place on December 20 and the counting of votes will be held on December 23.
