Mumbai: A 23-year-old woman was raped by six people in Uttar Pradesh’s Chitrakoot district, PTI reported.
“The woman was raped two weeks ago. The four men took the woman to an undisclosed location on the pretext of dropping her from her college to village. She was gang-raped for two days,” PTI quoted Station Hose Officer saying.
He said that the woman lodged a police complaint with her family members after escaping from there.
“Based on the complaint, a case has been registered against six persons including two unidentified persons. They have been sent for medical examination and efforts are underway to arrest the charges.
