“Time Is Up, PM Modi Ji People Are Voting For NYAY,” Rahul Gandhi
Mumbai: With the voting of two more phases of Lok Sabha elections pending, Congress President Rahul Gandhi said on Wednesday that the time for change has come and “time was up” for Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Gandhi claimed that young and old people are voting for a large number of NYAY, Congress’s “Nyuntam Aay Yojna” (Minimum Income Guarantee Scheme) for eradicating poverty, seeing how powerful this idea was.
“Across India, it’s not just young people who are coming out in large numbers to vote for NYAY; older more experienced voters too have understood how powerful the idea is.
“Modi Ji, your time is up. The time for change has come,” he said on Twitter.

Congress has announced that under this scheme, if the party comes to power, then it will give 72% of rupees to the poor families of the country every year.
