With 102 New COVID19 Cases, Uttarakhand Tally Reaches To 602

Mumbai: State Control Room COVID-19 said that a total of 102 new COVID-19 cases were registered in Uttarakhand on Friday with a total of 602 cases.

Of the total cases, 505 are active cases while the death toll in the state is five.

State Control Room COVID-19 said, “Uttarakhand today reported a total of 102 new COVID-19 positive cases. The total cases are to be taken up to 602. The active cases are 505.”

“A total of 89 people have been recovered so far, including 10 today and three people have moved out of the state,” it added.

Today a total of 1,439 samples have been sent for testing and the result of 4,758 samples is awaited. However, the state’s doubling rate was 3.87 days in the last seven days.

According to the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, India’s COVID-19 tally reached 1,65,799 on Friday, with 7,466 more COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours and 175 deaths in the last 24 hours.

The number of active coronavirus cases stands at 89,987 while 71,105 people have recovered and one patient has migrated. The death toll due to the infection has reached 4,706 in the country.
