Hanuma Vihari, Chris Morris, Colin Ingram Are Some Key Players Released By Delhi Capitals
Mumbai: Delhi Capitals knew as Delhi Daredevils with changing the names they have changed their fortunes as last year they played Semi-Finals of IPL. They have added some strong names like Ajinkya Rahane, Ravichandran Ashwin.
They have released some big names like Chris Morris, Colin Ingram, Colin Munro, Hanuma Vihari and other players like Manjot Kalra, Ankush Bains, Nathu Singh, Bandaru Ayappa, Jalaj Saxena.
Delhi is still a better-looking side as they have most bases covered, for batting they have likes of Rahane, Dhawan, Shaw, Iyer, Pant. For spinners, they have Ashwin, Axar, Lamichhane, Mishra. As a fast bowing group, they have Ishant, Paul, Rabada, Avesh Khan.
Delhi would look for Indian left-arm spinner or leg spinner may be Piyush Chawla and some overseas finishers like Maxwell/Stoinis.

The Delhi Capitals are the only current team to have never appeared in an IPL final and last qualified for the IPL playoffs in 2019. The leading run-scorer for the Capitals is Virender Sehwag, while the leading wicket-taker is Amit Mishra.
In December 2018, the team changed its name from Delhi Daredevils to Delhi Capitals.
