Mamata Banerjee’s Nephew Abhishek Banerjee Sends Defemation Notice To PM Modi

Mumbai: Trinamool Congress leader Abhishek Banerjee, who is also the nephew of West Bengal CM Mamta Banerjee, recently gave a defamation notice to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for giving a derogatory statement against him during a rally at Diamond Harbor in West Bengal.

In a rally of May 15, Prime Minister Modi gave a slogan to Chief Minister Banerjee for his “anarchist behaviour” in the state and had said that his nephew’s office will be “locked” immediately after the results of Lok Sabha elections.
