Man Allows 2 Friends To Rape His Wife To Settle Loan In Tamil Nadu; All 3 Arrested

Mumbai: In another shocking incident, A man in Tamil Nadu’s Cuddalore district allowed two friends to rape his wife to settle a loan with them.

Cuddalore police have now arrested the man and his two friends. The arrests have been made by Panruti All Women Police station.

The man, resident of LR Palayam, married 21-year-old Parvati (name changed) in 2018. The accused Madhusudan (name changed) is addicted to alcohol and since last year due to COVID-19 lockdown. The couple has a two-year-old son.

With no money, Madhusudan borrowed money on several occasions from two of his friends Sundarmurthy (25) and Manikandan (26). According to a report in the New Indian Express, Madhusudan was unable to repay the money and he offered his friends to rape his wife.

Quoting police sources, the report said that the man gave the pill to his wife citing a vitamin tablet. After this the woman fainted and then her husband called one of his friend Sundaramoorthy to rape the wife.

When the victim regained consciousness, she realized that she had been abused and reprimanded her husband.

Police said that on a separate occasion, the woman’s husband and his friend Manikandan had come home under the influence of alcohol. Madhusudan allowed his friend to rape his wife when she was asleep.

Parvati became frightened and raised the alarm an alarm forcing Manikandam to flee. After this, the woman attacked her husband with a stick.

After the incident, the woman took her son to his parents’ house. Parvati’s husband did not stop here. He used to visit his wife regularly and asked her to cooperate with his friends.

Parvati filed a complaint on Monday naming her husband and his two friends at All Women Police Station in Panruti. The three accused were arrested after a case was filed against them.
