Mumbai: Pakistan troops thrown mortars and open fire near line of control in Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri and Poonch districts due to which due persons have be injured.
The PRO said, “In approximately 1440 hours, Pakistani troops violated the ceasefire by firing at Mori and firing small arms with the locks near the Line of Control in Naushera sector of Rajouri district.”
He said that on Thursday, the Pakistani army launched a mortar and opened fire with small arms in Degwar and Gulpur sector of Poonch district along with the locus, in which one person was injured.
Indian Army destroyed seven Pakistani military posts on the Line of Control on Thursday, until the ceasefire issued by them was not opposed to the violation.
Officials said that Pakistan used heavy weapons and 120 mm mortar bombs to target civilian areas near the Line of Control in Poonch.
